Footprints II: Potpourri is a collection of character pieces based on some composers who have influenced me. They do not necessarily parody a composer's style, but reflect some features of a given composer's output that have influenced my own work.
The first four movements were premiered at the 2017 Valencia International Performance Academy and Festival by Smash Ensemble. At some point, I would like to compose another set of these “tribute” pieces.
