O Jesulein süß, o Jesulein mild

Bach's chorale setting of “O Jesulein süss, oJesulein mild”(BWV 493) features incredible counterpoint, and is an inspirational work for many. In this piece, I refocus material from the chorale into a counterpoint of sounds and timbres. The piece explores extended techniques for the instruments, in particular, playing extremely close to the bridge, which results in a “wooshy,”indistinct sound; the title roughly translates to "O sweet little Jesus, o mild little Jesus,"so I wanted to write as gentle of a piece as possible.
I hope to eventually turn this piece into a larger work.
